How to Register for Jobs and Swims at a Meet:

• Log in to the website. Login is found in the upper right hand corner of the screen.
  • If you can’t remember your password, click "Forgot your password" to reset your password.)
• Click on the Meets & Events tab, select "Signup Calendar" 

Job Signup

• Click the green JOB SIGNUP button and sign up for volunteer shifts 
• Click on the red Sign up for Jobs button 
  • Select your volunteer shifts (Note: one parent may sign up both parents for jobs -- scroll down and you’ll see the other parent listed).
• Click Save Assignments.
• Click Signup Calendar or Back to Swim Meets at the top of the page to proceed to swimmer signup or to sign up for additional meets.

Swimmer Signup

• Click the green MEET ENTRY button, 
• Click the red Edit button under your swimmer's names.
• A Meets:
  • For EACH of your swimmers, select an option from the drop down list next to their names:
    • (undeclared) - swimmers undeclared as of the Wednesday before a meet will be considered Not Attending.
    • Not Attending
    • Attending
      • If your swimmer is attending the meet you can indicate if they are available for relays. Indicating that your swimmer is available for the relays does not guarantee that they will swim on a relay.
      • If you have any additional notes for the coach such as events your swimmer might enjoy competing in or events the would prefer not to swim.  While the coaches will receive these messages, the lineup for the meet is ultimately at their discretion and not all requests can be met.
    • Click SAVE to record your choices

• Time Trials and B Meets:
  • For EACH of your swimmers, select an option from the drop down list next to their names:
    • (undeclared)
    • Not attending this meet
    • Attending this meet
  • Check the boxes to select the events your swimmer wishes to swim from the list provided.  Please note preferences indicated are just for the coaches information. The actual lineup will be determined by the coaches and they will not always be able to accommodate all preferences.
  • Click SAVE to record your choices

The sign up for A Meets allows you to declare a swimmer's availability for each meet. It is as important to note when your swimmer is NOT available as it is to indicate when they are. The Coaches are solely responsible for determining the A Meet lineups and will use the availability to produce the lineup best for attending swimmers.

The sign up for B Meets allows you to declare a swimmer's attendance for each meet as well as select the events he/she would like to swim. A swimmer is eligible to sign up for swim as many events as they would like.  A swimmer is not eligible to swim events in a "B" Meet if they have won that event in an "A" Meet. As a team policy, the coaches work to get every swimmer in a B Meet that has requested to swim. So, while it is important to indicate when your swimmer is attending a B meet, it is just as important to indicate when your swimmer is NOT.
