Please note reaching a qualifying time does not guarantee a swimmer will make the Individual All Stars Meet. The top 16 swimmers after scratches will qualify to participate in the meet. Because each swimmer is only allowed to swim 2 events there are always many scratches among the top 16. Swimmers placed through position 30 should let their coaches know if they will or will not be able to attend the meet if they make the top 16 for the event.
